Strength and Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning classes are one hour long and are semi-personal. This class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. Using weights and ropes, we have designed a specific workout structure to target certain areas of your body each workout. We never repeat a workout or exercise either! Our strength and conditioning sessions are good for literally anyone. Whether it be weight loss or weight gain, we will tailor your workout plan to suit your goals! Our clients are always challenged but leave satisfied!

Online HIIT Classes

Welcome to your perfect early morning, lunch break or night time workout. In this short 20 minute class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercises! Classes are on zoom @7pm and are great for anyone looking to find a way to stay consistent that is both affordable and quick. Classes are held each day and you are also sent the workout each morning with video demonstrations! Though short, our classes have been proven to be effective!
